Came to be heard this the 1st day of September, 2006, with a motion made
by Commissioner Nicholson, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The
Court unanimously approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
Approve the appointment of deputies of the Tax Assessor/Collector's Office
and to move the Chief Deputy position from a 17/5 to a 19/7 effective
September 1, 2006, and movement of personnel into that position.
