Due to some on going health problems and some interests I would like to pursue, I feel the time is now while I still can. My cazeer with Kerr County has been fulfilling and rewazding and I have cultivated many new friendships both within the office and outside. I feel that I have served the citizens of Kerr County well for the past twenty nine years and want to leave my office in capable hands so, I would like to recommend and urge the court to appoint Diane Bolin, my chief deputy to fill out the remainder of my term. Diane has the experience, education, capability and desire, which will make for a smooth transition. I feel this is extremely important when dealing with the lazge volume of business that is processed through this office daily. Diane is well versed in every department from customer service at the counter to monthly reports and distribution of funds. She is well like by her piers and the public and the level of moral will not be affected by the transition. Diane meets all of the educational requirements and recently received her RTA from the Boazd of Tax Professional Examiners, which is required to hold office as Tax Assessor-Collector. I have attached her resume and urge everyone to read all of it even though it is lengthy. I feel it is important to know her accomplishments.
