On Friday, September 8, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., a special
meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was held in the
Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville,
Texas, and the following proceedings were had in open court:
P R O C E E D I N G S
JUDGE TINLEY: Let me call to order this meeting of
the Kerr County Commissioners Court scheduled for this date
and time, Friday, September the 8th, 2006, at 10 a.m. It's
that time now. The agenda item is a public hearing on the
proposed Fiscal Year 2006-2007 tax rate for Kerr County. So,
at this time, it being 10 a.m. or shortly thereafter, I will
convene and open a public hearing on the proposed FY 2006-2007
tax rate for Kerr County.
(The regular Commissioners Court meeting was closed
at 10:01 a.m., and a public hearing was held in open
court, as follows:)
P U B L I C H E A R I N G
JUDGE TINLEY: Is there any member of the public
that wishes to be heard with respect to the proposed Fiscal
Year 2006-2007 tax rate for Kerr County? Any member of the
public wishing to be heard on this matter? Seeing no one
moving forward to speak on this matter or otherwise to have
input into it, I will close the public hearing.
(The public hearing was concluded at 10:02 a.m., and
the regular Commissioners Court meeting was
reopened.)
