On Wednesday, September 20, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., a
special meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was
held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse,
Kerrville, Texas, and the following proceedings were had in
open court:
P R O C E E D I N G S
COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: We're going to call this
meeting to order. It's 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 20, 2006.
We're at the courthouse. Let the record reflect that
Commissioners 1, 3, and 4 are present. First agenda item is
consider, discuss, and adopt a proposed Fiscal Year 2006-2007
tax rate for Kerr County. Do you want me to read the rates?
COMMISSIONER LETZ: How about -- I'll make a motion
that we adopt the rate of -- for '06-'07 for County
Maintenance and Operation of .3149, with Interest and Sinking
Fund .0938, Lateral Road .0309, for a total tax rate of .3896.
COMMISSIONER NICHOLSON: I second.
COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: We have a motion and a
second. All in favor, please say "aye."
(The motion carried by unanimous vote.)
COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: No opposed. Item 2, consider
and discuss and adopt tax rate for Lake Ingram Road District.
Is there a motion or discussion?
COMMISSIONER NICHOLSON: I move to approve a rate of
.4300 for the Lake Ingram Road District.

Came to be heard this the 20th day of September, 2006, with a motion made
by Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
