ADOPT PROPOSED FY 2006/2007 TAX RATE FOR KERR COUNTY
Came to be heard this the 20th day of September, 2006, with a motion made
by Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
Adopt the rate for 2006-07 for County Maintenance and Operation of .3149,
with Interest and Sinking Fund .0438, Lateral Road .0309, for a total tax rate
of .3896.
