COUNTY TREASURER KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE KERRVILLE, TEXAS 78028 September 6, 2006 Internal Revenue Service Ogden UT 84201-0005 Dear Sirs: Enclosed is a copy of 941 reports for period ending March 2006 and June 2006. In reviewing my records I found that the original copies that were mailed did not have our tai identification nwnber. 'l herefure I am sending copies showing our tax number of 74- 6()(11494. Also, we have gone to a new computer system and have had difficulty in submitting our payroll taxes. The May 15 taxes should have been submitted by May 19`h and we had computer problems causing these taxes to be submitted on May 22nd. On June 22"d we Pound out that the May 30th taxes had not successfully been transmitted and so we submitted them on June 22"d. As a result we can not trust our new system and have gone back to doing it the old way (by fax). I respectfully ask for any penalties that may be incurred as a result to be removed due to new computer system glitches. Sincerely, Barbara Nemec
