Came to be heard this the 11th day of September, 2006, with a motion made
by Commissioner Nicholson, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The
Court unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Move to set a public Hearing for October 10, 2006 at 10:05 a.m. to abandon,
vacate and discontinue the plat of Live Springs Ranch, Vol 7, Pages 190 &
191, Pct. 4.
