ORDER NO. 29985 INTERVIEW FACILITIES MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR AND EXTEND AN OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT Came to be heard this the 11th day of October, 2006, with a motion made by Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously approved by vote of 3-0-0 to: Split the functions that are currently under the Maintenance Department to two departments. There will be a Maintenance and Ag Barn Department which will be headed up by Tim Bollier, and there will be a Custodial, Grounds, Administration and Booking function which will be headed up by Alyce Davidson. They will both be exempt employees at an annual salary level of $27,645, and it will commence at the next pay period. And, there will be a 90- and a 180-day review period over the individuals and their performance.
