He wished to divide the lot, but plat only the five-acre lot as aone-lot subdivision called T-H acres. This will leave him with 4.80 acres which he hopes to add to an adjoining tract at a later date. My questions to the Court aze: 1) Does one lot constitute a subdivision? Our rules say " A division of a tract of land into two or more parts: Is he required to show the other tract as part of the subdivision? 2) Should this not be a 2-lot subdivision and grant a variance to size of .20 of an acre? 3) Would it not work to have the existing lot with the well, septic and house as 4.80 and create a 5 acres lot allowing for a well to be drilled. 4) If the Court allows this one-lot subdivision, there is an existing house with a well, septic and address that fronts on Hwy 27.
