TO: Jonathan Letz FROM: Alyce Davidson DATE: November 9, 2006 Commissioner Letz, The Maintenance and Custodial Department reorganization is still in the works. Tim and I went about trying to get the breakdown of the budget, but were informed by Tommy that he was waiting for the 90-day period to end. Tim and I agreed to give ourselves some time to work with each other first and get our feet planted on the ground before we split it up. He is still in training mode. As I said in my interview we are in the busiest time of the year, and if we do not make that our focus we will surely be making mistakes. After the first of the year when things become less hectic we will be able to sit down and split the department up as discussed. As for the Job Description, that is also to be determined at a later date. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call and we can discuss them. Thank you, Alyce D dson
