The owner of lot 1 also owns 16 of Windwood Oaks and would like to retain 1.5 acres of L,ot 1
and sell the other 8+/- acres.
Weidenfield Water Works owns *3x: well tracxhetween 14 an%1.:15 of Wirtdwood-Oaks and has
assured the owner that he will furnish the lot with water. Therefore, this will meet the 3 acre
average required by Kerr County Subdivision Rutes.
We ask that you approve the concept and set the public hearing for January 8, 2007 at 10:20 a.m.
