Came to be heard this the 27th day of December, 2006, with a motion made
by Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve the request of the Human Resources Director to establish a line
item, Background Checks (10-493-317) in the amount of $500, and transfer
this amount from the Commissioners' Court Contingency line item.
