The owner wants to cut cone-acre lot out of his 22 and keep the rest. There is a water system available for the new lot. Even though this does not meet the minimum lot size it does meet the average and the lots adjacent to his in Shatako Estates Phase 2, are all approximately one acre. Therefore, he feels this is an appropriate division for the azea and asked that the Court approve the concept as presented.
