THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M.,
Monday, January 22, 2007, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the
Commissioners' Courtroom.

VISITORS INPUT
Citizens wishing to speak on items NOT listed on the regular agenda,
please fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to
speak on items LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request
form for consideration during discussion on that specific item. In
order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the
opportunity to speak, the Judge may impose a three (3) minute
limitation on any person addressing the court.

participation in water availability workshop under
auspices of HGCD scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday,

the contracts with Kerr Economic Development
Foundation, Mountain Home Volunteer Fire Department,
and Ingram Volunteer Fire Department, and allow the

Sheriff's Office, using funds ($6,818.69) in Capital
Outlay. The balance will be paid out of the Sheriff's

Safe Haven: Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange
Program (OVW-2007-1525) for athree-year grant to be
administered under a Memorandum of Understanding

reducing registration fees to $1.00 during the Rabies
