Kerr County Child Service Board Proposed new member: Kathy Landrum Carpenter Kathy is a Tivy HS graduate and longtime Kerrville resident who is employed as a life skills educator and job coach with Hill Country Community MHMR Center, and is currently working on a bachelor's degree in psychology at Schreiner University. • She is the treasurer at First Baptist Church, Center Point, and is very active in many church activities, including obtaining donations of school supplies for the yearly block party to benefit needy children. Kathy is very talented and brings many skills to the table, including business and financial experience, which is very helpful, as the board needs a treasurer. The board is looking forward to working with her and getting her ideas on upcoming projects. Please approve Kathy Landrum Carpenter as a member of the Child Service Board.
