This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 4:00 P.M.,
Monday, February 5, 2007, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the
Commissioners' Courtroom.

resignation tendered by Kerr County Treasurer.

designate an Acting Kerr County Treasurer who will
serve until the appointment, by Kerr County
Commissioners' Court, of the Kerr County Treasurer
who will serve until the next general election. (Executive
