THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold an emergency meeting at 4:00
P.M., Monday, February 5, 2007, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the
Commissioners' Courtroom.
There exists an emergency or urgent public necessity because of the
unexpected resignation of the Kerr County Treasurer thus creating a need for
immediate action because of a reasonably unforeseeable situation.
