APPOINTMENT OF KERR COUNTY TREASURER
Came to be heard this the 5th day of February, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Appoint Mindy L. Williams as Treasurer of Kerr County, subject to the
results of the Primary and General Election of 2008.
