Came to be heard this the 12th day of February, 2007, with a motion made
by Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Oehler. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve changing the name of Kerr County Court Collections to Kerr
County Court Compliance by June 1, 2007.

COLLF,CTIONf01. (a) District and county attorneys, clerks of district and county
courts, sheriffs, constables, and justices of the peace may collect money payable
under this title.
a. Also the Probation Dept. may collect some fees.
6. This Department can not collect money; we monitor court orders by setting
payment plans, actively monitoring the plans, and making telephone calls to
defendants, sending letter to noncompliant defendants, and possible issuance of
warrant.
