We asked them to circulate a petition to show that the majority of the homeowners are in favor of having it removed before we would present it to the Court. There are 42 homes in the subdivision. The petition was signed by seventy three (73) ,three (3} refused and two (2) could not be reached. This entry has a mck structure and curbing with trees, post, and grass and sets in the middle of a 100 ft. road right of way. The roads in this subdivision aze on the seal coat list for this yeaz, so with your permission we will remove everything and pane the area while we are working there. Th dee~eld entry ~. Petition for Sign & Tree Remavat We, the undersigned, hereby petition the Kerr County Commissioner's Court to instruct the county Road & Bridge Department to remove the KDEERFIELD" subdivision sign and tree that is located at the corner of .Fawn Vafley and Ranchero Road. This said sign and tree are bath a hazard for the citizen's of this subdivision. They limit the line of sight from the entrance of Fawn Valley onto Ranchero Road. Since most drivers on Ranchero Road do not obey the 30 Mile Per Hour speed zone, the above listed items are a safety hazard, not allowing full sight down Ranchero road, to the south. Plus the trees on the residential property on the south side of Fawn Valley, also are a safety hazard for vehicles to safely exit Fawn Valley onto Ranchero Road.
