PROGRAM TO WAIVE SUBROGATION RIGHTS ON HEALTH
BENEFITS PAYMENTS CLAIM
Came to be heard this the 12th day of February, 2007, with a motion made
by Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Agree to waive subrogation benefits, or subrogation rights, which we may
have on the health benefits claim, in connection with the employee who was
involved in an accident, to the extent it does not exceed $2,500.
