RE: Set a Final Public Hearing for Citizens review of ORCA Project 718257
Attached is Court Order # 29865 approving the Closure of ORCA Contract #781257 (Flood of
2002). We aze still working with ORCA on some minor details, hopefully the Public Hearing for
Citizen input will be the last detail.
I request the Public Hearing be set for the next available date. Since thirty days is not required, I
propose March 12, 2007, 10:05 a.m.

Came to be heard this the 28th day of August, 2006, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioners Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Move that the Court not ask for an extension on Contract #781527, that we
close the Contract, and authorize County Judge to sign same.
