Came to be heard this the 26th day of February, 2007, with a motion made
by Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The
Court unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Set a Public Hearing for March 9, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. for Phases II and III of
Kerrville South Wastewater Project, Contracts #722411, 723095 and
724441; and 2002 Flood Disaster Relief Contract #718257, in the
Commissioners' Courtroom, such Public Hearing to be conducted by
Grantworks.

conclusion of authorized contract work.

the Kerrville South Wastewater Project under Contracts #722411, 723095, and 724441;
and for work completed under contract #718257, 2002 Flood Disaster Relief. The
suggested time and place is March 2, 2007 at 5 p.m., in Commissioners' Courtroom.
