Ranch Commissioners: The owner of the above referenced lots has asked me to prepare a Concept Plan for your consideration and approval. These two lots are part of R. H. Ranch, a subdivision filed in Volume 3 at Page 84 of the Property Records of Kerr County, Texas. Byas Springs Road, a fifty (50) ft. wide public road easement provides access to these lots and Dybowski Road, another fifty (50) ft. wide road easement is between the lots providing access to Lots 5 and 6. Neither Byas Springs Road (from Holcomb Road to Lot 3) nor Dybowski Road are county maintained roads. The owner would like to divide each lot into two (2) lots (as shown on the accompanying plat) and file a Revision of Plat. Prior to submitting a "Preliminary" Revision of Plat the owner would like to know if the county will require any road improvements as part of the platting process.
