LITIGATION REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
DEPARTMENT
Came to be heard this the 12th day of March, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Authorize the Environmental Health Department (to follow statutory
guidelines for notice to the property owners) by issuing letters to all people
(installers and designers, with a copy to the landowners), who are operating
currently without a license, to bring or see to it that all documentation
necessary to license those systems be presented to Environmental Health.
And, approve the issuance of a follow up letter from the County Attorney's
office before any litigation is considered.
