The Court unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to: Authorize the Environmental Health Department (to follow statutory guidelines for notice to the property owners) by issuing letters to all people (installers and designers, with a copy to the landowners), who are operating currently without a license, to bring or see to it that all documentation necessary to license those systems be presented to Environmental Health.
