Came to be heard this the 9th day of April, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Authorize the County Surveyor to go out and do preliminary work as to what needs
to be acquired, how much acreage we are talking about, and what the exact
alignment should be, to obtain an additional right of way on Hermann Sons Road.
