APPROVE PUBLIC HEARING OF 3/26/07 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
STUDENT RESIDENCE FACILITIES PROJECT
Came to be heard this the 9th day of April, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Oehler. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Authorize the County Judge to approve the Public Hearing held on March 26,
2007, and the issuance of financing or bonds in an amount not to exceed
$4,100,000 and the construction of student residence facilities project as required
by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code.
