Mr. Williams, on behalf of the school district will request a waiver which will allow final plat approval without completed construction of the road shown on the plat as Pirate Place and without a Letter of Credit to assure its construction. Mr. Williams requested a letter from the school acknowledging completion of the road construction upon further development of the property. That letter accompanies this memo. With this plan it was feasible to construct a road on the property as proposed and approved by the Texas Department of Transportation. Since our building program has been altered and the road will not be used for several yeazs, it is currently not in the best interest of our tax payers to invest public dollazs to construct the road at this time.
