KERR COUNTY EMPLOYEES WHO HANDLE COUNTY FUNDS
Came to be heard this the 14th day of May, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Authorize the Human Resources Department to come back to the Court with a
recommendation for bonds and/or insurance requirements for County Elected
Officials, Department Heads and employees that handle, or have access to, County
funds.
