Came to be heard this the 14th day of May, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Authorize the Road and Bridge Department to close a portion of Old Camp Verde
Road from SH 173 to vicinity of Fraser property, to provide parking for persons
attending the 150th Anniversary of the Camp Verde Store on June 23, 2007.

RE: Old Camp Verde Rd. Closure
Dear Johnathon,
On June 23, 2007, the Camp Verde General Store will be celebrating the 150`s
Anniversary of the store's opening. Due to the amount of people who will be attending this
event, we are requesting the Old Camp Verde Road be closed off from Hwy 173 to the end of the
hay field just before the Frasier's property. Our event will take place between the hours of 9:00
am and 7:00 pm that day, so if possible, could we have the road closed between 8:00 am and 8:00
pm?
Please contact Larry Pipkin for the exact points where we would like to close the road
and if you should require anything further.
