BUILDING PLAN AT HILL COUNTRY YOUTH EXHIBIT CENTER
Came to be heard this the 29th day of May, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Oehler. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
Proceed with the renovation of the structure that currently houses the horse stalls,
authorize Maintenance and/or community service to move those stalls out and
reconfigure them in the area on the east side of the arena, one of the shed areas,
and begin working on design and plans for renovating that facility, with most of
that to be done by Roy Walston.

Proposed Plan for Hill Country Youth Exhibit Center
Remove horse stalls from covered barn and place in side area of arena and
possibly place remaining stalls outside under new covered shed along back
perimeter fence.
Remodel covered barn to use for 4-H projects and storage.
Concrete slab for entire azea
Build sides and doors as needed.
Convert about 213 of area for 4-H projects with temporary pens
Build storage out of 1/3 of azea (Fair Assoc, county, 216 ,etc)
Build new outdoor rodeo area on east side of property.
Build new barn 150' X 300' along east side of area. Barn would have concrete
floor, free span construction, area for auction and sales.
Demolish old rodeo azena and old hog barn.
