RE: Funding for Seal Coat Program
With all the rain this year we have been unable to complete our Seal Coat Program.
We still have $113,$02 of our budgeted $156,000 for emulsion oil and 24 working days.
Weather permitting we could shoot oil for a month to six weeks past the budget closing date.
Therefore, we ask the Court to allow us to carry over the 06-07 Emulsion funds (15-611-552) as
long as the Auditor can allow.
