In compliance with the Kerr County Subdivision regulations, we are panning to build a "paved county lane", which is designed to serve eight or less lots. All of these lots will be restricted against further subdivision. As shown on the concept plan, there is an additional parcel of twenty acres that fronts on State Highway 1340 that Section 1.03 C exempts from platting requirements. We would like the Court's permission to include this parcel in the Northfark Ranch Subdivision without being required to increase the road specifications to a "local road" which is designed to serve nine to sixty lots.
