Came to be heard this the 13th day of August, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Rescind Court action under Court Order #30434 (which approved the use of the
Youth Exhibit Center chairs and tables by "The Ranch" radio station, free of cost,
for their 4th annual Camo Claus Party on December 13, 2007, with the radio
station to be responsible for hauling the tables and chairs to their location).

2007, with the radio station to be responsible for hauling the tables and chairs, with
their trailer, to their location and return.
