Came to be heard this the 13th day of August, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Oehler. "I'he Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Offer a 75% discount to The Ranch Radio on the rental of the 350 chairs and 58
tables (for use at their 4th Annual Camo Clause Party on December 13, 2007)
pursuant to our policy (that we grant up to that large of a discount occasionally to
nonprofit organizations or nonprofit events), with 25% duc to come from donated
funds or The Ranch.
