Came to be heard this the 13th day of August, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Appoint Ray Garcia as the Full-Time Interim Manager of Environmental Health at
the same salary level as the current Interim Manager in that department.
