QF KERRt~ILLE TQ KERR COUNTY l . The City has leaded part of the Blackwell Fire Station to the Kerrville Christmas Lighti}~g Corporation (KCLC). 2. The City has meta folding chairs that are na longer needed by the City stored in space leased ~ the KCLC. 3. The City has agr$ed to donate these chairs to the County for their use and storage. 4. The County agreds w move the chairs from the Blackwell Fire Station and pz~nvide storage f~r them in County facilities. 5. The County ageCs if the City for some special event in the future needs the chairs, the City cpuld use said chairs. 6. In the event the pity needed the ohair, the City would pick up the chairs from the County storage area and return same to the County storage area. ~.r ~.
