RE: Concept for Revision of Plat for 707 Ranch, Vol. 7, Page 347, Pct. 4
The original plat of 707 Ranch is 16.07 acres with 2 lots.
Mr. Carswell is dividing his 9 acre Lot 1, making it a 3 lot subdivision. Each lot is over 3 acres
and is served by Aqua Texas Water System.
The owner of Lot 2 is purchasing the new lot. Since all parties will be involved, is it necessary
to set a public hearing? If so, we ask that you set it for January 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.
