RE: Concept for Revision of Plat for Lots 14, 15, 16 & 17 of Solar Village, Pct. 1
There are two homes on 4 lots. Mr. Morgan owns Lots 14, 15, and 16. The house on Lot 17
encroaches on Lot 16. Therefore the owners wish to revise the plat under the alternate plat
process and make 2 lots out of 4.
Lot 15B will be 2.64 acres and Lot 17 will remain 1.18 acre and both lots are served by a private
water system.
If a public hearing is required, we would like to set it for January 14, 2008 at 10:05 a.m.
