Came to be heard this the 10th day of December, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
Authorize Ms. Hargis, and our financial adviser, to prepare recommendations for
short-term finances, including beginning the paperwork model that is going to have
to be shopped for.
