Voelkel SUBJECT: Revision of Plat Lot 1, The Homestead @ Turtle Creek Len: The original owner of the subdivision is under contract to sell part of Lot 1. A fence was built across Lot 1 and the "new" boundary will be one (1} ft. west of the fence. Upon approval of a revision of plat Lot 1 will reduce in size from 1.98 acres to 1.65 acres. The remainder of the original lot, 0.33 acre, will become Greenbelt. It is important to note that no additional lot for development is being created. The Homestead @ Turtle Creek is a subdivision served by a community water system. The revision of Lot 1 does ..~ not add any burden to this system. The average lot size in this subdivision is 1.75 acres with the smallest lots being 1.5 acres. This revision does not create a lot below the minimum 1.5 acres.
