Voelkel SUBJECT: Revision of Plat Lots 5 0 and S 1, The Highlands Ranch Len: I am submitting this Revision of Plat under the Alternate Plat Process. If possible, the owner would like to make the July 9th agenda of Commissioners Court. The purpose of this revision is to adjust the lot line between the two lots while maintaining the same acreage for each lot. A house has been built on Lot 51, which protrudes into the side set-back line. This revision will cure that problem. Please call me if you have any questions or concerns.
