DIRECT DEPOSIT POLICY FOR PAYROLL
Came to be heard this the 9th day of July, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. "I'he Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Adopt the policy that a final payroll check for any employee will be made by a
hard check, not by direct deposit.
