Mr. Gordon Brown from the City of Kerrville called - I told him I would get in touch with you since you were the main person to work on the Regs. Would you put the subject on the Agenda? Platting Procedures -Section VI 6.03.C.2 would no longer require that it be on "Mylar" -and once it's scanned and indexed I would NOT keep the document, it could be returned back to the filer, as required by law. LGC 193.012 The length would not matter either as long as it was not any wider than 36" Section 6.03.C.3 would also need to be changed to not require an original mylar. Jannett 6/27/2007
