DECLARE HORSE STALLS SURPLUS
Came to be heard this the 23rd day of July, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Declare 40 horse stalls surplus at the Exhibition Center, and that they be placed for
auction to the public on September 8, 2007 at 9:00 a.m.
