THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M.,
Monday, June 25, 2007, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the
Commissioners' Courtroom.

Citizens wishing to speak on items NOT listed on the regular agenda,
please fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to
speak on items LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request
form for consideration during discussion on that specific item. In
order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the
opportunity to speak, the Judge may impose a three (3) minute
limitation on any person addressing the court.

achievements of persons in their Precinct or to make comments on matters

I.  CONSIDERATION AGENDA: (Action may be taken on
items listed below)1.1 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action concerning
Environmental Health review of Kerr County Revisions
of Plat and the routing process. (Leonard Odom)
1.2 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action on request
of the Court to approve the use of Hill Country Youth
Exhibit Center for our annual membership meeting on
Friday, Feb. 8, 2008 at the same rate as previous year
 ($162.50). HILCO is owned by County, City and State
employees of Kerr County. (Linda Uecker)
1.3 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action on
guidelines for reviewing comprehensive drainage plans
 that are required for multi-unit residential developments,
manufactured housing communities, business parks, or
other similar uses where on-site sewage disposal is to be
used. Reference TAC, Title 30 §285.4(c). (Tish Hulett)
1.4 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action on
proposed agreement to house Juveniles from Cameron
County in case of natural disaster. Cameron County will

1.5 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action to review
Kerr County Rainwater Harvesting Program, Court Order

1.6 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action to accept an
Amish Country Gazebo as a gift from Mr. Gene Lehman
in honor of his late wife, Francis Lehman. (Comm.

1.7 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action to authorize
representative(s) of Kerr County Commissioners Court to
engage in discussions with elected officials of the City of
Kerrville concerning use of Kerr County property
adjacent or near Kerr County Law Enforcement Center
by City of Kerrville for City Police and / or Courts and

1.8 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action to appoint
Ray Garcia to the Kerr County Child Service Board.

RE: Intersection of SH 27 and Goat Creek Cutoff Road
Dear Judge Tinley:
I have received your letter and petition regarding the installation of a traffic signal at the
intersection of SH 27 and Goat Creek Cutoff Road.
I am pleased to inform you that the engineering studies for a traffic signal at this
intersection have been completed. The studies have shown that a traffic signal would
improve safety at this location.
We are beginning design of this traffic signal and currently plan to have a contract ready
for letting in January 2008. I would expect that construction of this signal to begin m
April 2008 with completion by late summer 2008. Our Area Engineer, Mike Coward will
keep you updated on any changes to this tentative schedule.
Thank you for the great partnership we have shared for many years in addressing the
many concerns of our wonderful Kerr County.
