Came to be heard this the 11th day of June, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Oehler. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
Authorize Commissioners Oehler and Letz, along with Ms. Hyde, to continue to
work out the plan, along with Alyce, to develop a system where we have the
bookings real-time online for those that need access to it; and come back to the
Court at the next meeting with a recommendation with the form to be presented
and for what the charges need to be set at.
