EXPIRATION OF TERMS OF OFFICE FOR JOINT AIRPORT BOARD
Came to be heard this the 11th day of June, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Confirm that the term for Commissioner Letz, as designated by the Court in
January, was for a two-year term, which will expire in 2009, and that
Commissioner Williams' term will expire at the end of 2008.
