I believe the mindset of the present Administration makes it impossible for me to
provide a positive contribution to the work of the Library Board.
Likewise, current trends limit the Library's ability to serve the
Kerrville/Kerr Community.
Therefore; I submit my resignation as a County Representative on the Advisory Board of
the Library,
