OVERPAYMENT OF WAGES TO FORMER EMPLOYEE
Came to be heard this the 25th day of June, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Oehler. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
Authorize the County Attorney to pursue collection of funds that were overpaid to
a former employee, including litigation if necessary.
